Fundraising isn’t just about fundraisers. It is about the whole organisation. One of the lessons that the sector has had to learn is that good fundraising requires the whole organisation to understand why it is raising funds and how it is going to raise them.

The next SORP. I know that most charities don’t want to even think about it, but the fact is that the SORP 2015 will not last forever. Soon the Financial Reporting Council will be considering what the changes are to be made to the FRS (Financial Reporting Standards) and a new one will be unveiled in 2019.
